Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Rowdy Vanilla Bean Collagen Protein
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
  • 6 oz almond or plant-based Milk of choice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Keto Chocolaty Cookie Dough Rowdy Bars, sliced into cubes
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend the first five ingredients until smooth, pour into a glass, top with chunks of rowdy bar, a dollop of peanut butter and sliced banana. Dust with cinnamon.

Pro Tip:  Keep frozen bananas sliced in the freezer for easy smoothie deployment.
